Ordering, Installation, Delivery

Order 訂購

To avoid errors, resellers may place the orders with us through Email or Fax. Upon receiving the order, our team will call the reseller to confirm the details. The order is not considered received until such confirmation is provided.

為避免錯誤,建議所有經銷商以電郵或傳真方式落單。收到訂單後,我們會聯絡相關經銷商作確認。若訂單未被確認,將代表我們未有收到有關訂單。


Accessories such as lights and remotes should only be ordered together with the selected fan models. If there are customers enquire about accessories only, please advise them to contact us for assistance. Parts or things that are not listed on this price list is not for sales through resellers, please refer such enquiry to us for further hanlding. 

所有配件,例如燈及遙控等,應只與該型號的風扇同時訂購。倘若有客人只想購買有關配件產品,請著有關人士與我們直接聯絡。一切零件或這價單上沒有列出的,均不會經經銷商售賣。如有需要或查詢,請客人直接聯絡我們作進一步處理。


Onselling any items to unauthorized parties or retailers for resell purposes are straightly prohibited.

除一般經銷活動外,嚴禁將產品提供予非許可人士或公司作轉售用途。


Delivery 送貨

We provide 2 delivery schedules weekly - every Tue and Fri (subject to change due to P.H.). The cut-off time is 1pm on the day before. Orders received and confirmed before the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the following schedule. Otherwise, it will be the schedule after.

我們每星期提供兩次送貨 - 逢星期二及五 (公眾假期除外)。截單時間為送貨日前一天的下午 1 時正,截單前收到並確認的訂單將會如期派送。否則,將會按下個送貨日派送。


Except there is any agreed arrangment in place, all orders are to be delivered to the resellers' shop addresses only.

除有特別安排的經銷商外,所有訂單只會被派送到該店舖地址。


The delviery service is provided per the losgistics' schedules of the day. We are not able to make special arrangment for a designated time frame.

訂單送貨將按當天物流車隊的編排而派送,恕未能滿足任何指定時間的要求。


Installation 安裝

Professional installation service is available as an option for customers. Please refer to the installation form for the services and charges. 公司備有專業的安裝服務供顧客選用。有關服務範圍及收費,請參閱安裝服務表格。


To ensure both customers and resellers receive quality aftersales service and support, we recommend customers to use the professional installation service. Shop staffs are welcome to inform us if such service is required when placing the order, our team will then contact directly with the customer for the arrangment (timeline as follow). The service is to be provided on a first come first serve basis. Please note that we are not able to provide a schedule prior to the following procedure. 為確保客人及經銷商獲得優質的售後服務及支援,我們建議使用這專業安裝服務,以減少日後因第三方安裝不良而導致要處理的問題及煩惱。店舖同事可於落單時註明需要該安裝服務,我們之後會與客人直接聯絡並作安排 (時序如下)。此服務是按訂單次序作排單及提供。請注意,我們不能在排單前優先為個別客人提供安裝日期及時間, 請著客人根據以下時序耐心等待。


After receiving the orders 收到訂單後:

  • 1st working day We will contact the customer to reconfirm the details 第 1 個工作天 我們會與顧客聯絡並確認資料
  • 5th - 7th working day Installation will be completed 第 5 至 7 個工作天 安裝會於這段時間內完成


In rare cases if the installation service cannot begin or completed, due to any onsite reasons or conditions, after the technical person has arrvied, the service charge still applies. Please refer to the installation form for details.

在罕有情況下,如技術人員已經到達,但因現場環境因素而不能開始或完成安裝服務,顧客仍需支有關費用。所購買的貨品將交由客人自行保管。服務條款及詳情,請參閱安裝服務表格。


Exchange / Refund  換貨 / 退款

Goods sold are not refundable. All exchanges must be made within 7 days (HKD 300 restocking fee applies) with goods returned in original unopened packaging.

所有售出的產品均不接受退款。如需更換貨品型號,必須於 7 天內提出 (將會收取 HKD 300 回倉費) 及貨品必須原封未曾拆開。


Storage 存倉

For those customers who are not able to take the goods right after the order is placed, we are happy to provide a free storage service for up to 3 months as a good gesture. Please note that the order cannot be changed nor cancelled once the service begins.

如客人未能即時拿取已訂購的產品,我們樂意為有需要人士提供免費存倉服務 (最長 3 個月)。惟請注意有關服務一但開始,訂單將不能更改或取消。

Warranty Coverage

Within the warranty period and at the company's absolute discretion, an on-site repair or replacement service will be provided on a free of charge basis to cover any product malfunction where such malfunction is the result of a manufacturing defect. If the product is out of warranty or the issue falls outside of the warranty coverage, charges for the service and any required parts will apply based on customers' requirements. The Full Terms and Conditions are outlined in the product manual.

於保用期內,經公司判定是產品固障後,會提供上門維修或更換服務,費用全免。如產品的保用期已過,或問題不在保用範圍內,顧客需支付有關費用。有關保用範圍的詳情,可參閱付於產品內的產品手冊。


Warranty Expressly Excludes  不保事項

Malfunction / damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect operation, misuse, setting, mishandle, weather, moving etc.

因安裝、處理、操作或使用不當、設定、天氣、移動等引至的固障及損壞。


  • Non-mechanical items or parts / items that have been modified. 非機械的部份,或經改裝的產品。
  • Natural oxidization, pitting, colour changing on the surface of the product. 自然氧化、點蝕及退色。
  • Noise caused by loosen parts* that can be tighten by users. 可由人手調較的組件*,因未有上緊而出現的聲響。
  • Interference of any radio signal or any kind. 由其他無線電設備造成的干擾。
  • Providing an inspection of the product where no defect with product is found^. 上門檢查而產品沒有固障^。
  • In rare unforeseeable situations where the product is  damaged / degraded beyond repair. 因罕見原因而導致不能維修的損壞。


* All fans are assembled by many parts and components. Due to its natural movement, it is normal for some parts to loosen slightly over time and this can cause a vibration. This is not a fault and can be rectified by the user.

所有風扇均由多個組件組嵌而成,產品經長時間的日常運作,部份組件之間可能會有出現少許鬆緊不一的情況,繼而因震動產生聲響。此乃自然現象而不是產品固障,用家只需作少許手動調較便可。

^ All services are provided at the absolute discretion of the company and warranty does not cover any misunderstandings, airflow or other performance metrics or failure to follow the trouble-shooting guide and/or advice.

公司對保用服務保留最終定權,並會判斷後再作出相應的安排。產品保用不適用於顧客的個人看法、誤會、對氣流及性能表現的差異、或未能自行處理的疑難排解等事項。
